CopyslateRefund policy
Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. If you bought Copyslate on copyslate.com and want your money back, ask within 14 days of the purchase and you get all of it back.
How to ask
Orders on copyslate.com are handled by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, and refunds are paid by Paddle to the payment method you used. Either:
- Open your Paddle receipt email and use its link to request a refund, or go to paddle.net and find the order there; or
- write to us on the support page with the transaction ID from your receipt, and we ask Paddle to refund you.
Refunds usually show on your statement within 5 to 10 business days of being issued.
After a refund
Your license key is cancelled. The free features, clipboard history and screenshot copying, keep working.
After 14 days
Write to us anyway. If the app did not work for you and you tried support first, we will look at it fairly.
Mac App Store purchases
Purchases made inside the Mac App Store version are refunded by Apple, not by us or Paddle. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find Copyslate and choose "Request a refund".
